修整对象

陶瓷CBN 砂轮、树脂CBN 砂轮、普通磨料砂轮及橡胶导轮等。

修整目的

烧结滚轮的修整过程分为整形和修锐两部分,整形是使砂轮工作表面具有要求的形面几何精度;修锐是指将砂轮工作表面的超硬磨料周围多余的结合剂除去,使磨粒裸露出理想的高度,进而使砂轮工作表面具备良好的磨削性能;

磨削过程中,砂轮工作表面的地形地貌和形状尺寸精度是影响磨削性能和效果的重要因素,砂轮必须经过修整才能保持良好的磨削状态;

特别是对超硬磨料磨具来说,超高硬度和耐磨性使其在具有优异的磨削性能同时,修整难度也比普通砂轮大的多,目前来说,通过金刚石烧结滚轮进行修整是实际磨削应用中较为有效的方法。

Dressing purpose

The dressing process of sintered roller is divided into two parts: shaping and sharpening. Sharpening refers to removing the excess binder around the super-hard abrasive material on the grinding wheel working surface, so as to expose the abrasive particles to an ideal height , so that the grinding wheel working surface has good grinding performance.

In the grinding process, the grinding wheel's working surface topography and shape size accuracy are important factors affecting the grinding performance and effect.

Especially for ultra-hard abrasive tools, ultra-high hardness and abrasion resistance make them have excellent grinding performance, and the dressing difficulty is much greater than that of ordinary grinding wheel. At present, dressing through diamond sintering roller is an effective method in practical grinding application
