我公司可按标准GB/T6409.2-2009提供树脂结合剂超硬材料砂轮，直径范围：ф6～900mm，砂轮厚度：0.0 7～520mm，磨料粒度：40/50～W3.5。并可根据用户要求设计和制造各种非标磨具。

Product overview

The resin bond products have the features of good selfsharpening, sharp cutting, high effi ciency, low roughness of work piece surface,few heat generating and without burning workpiece. They are suitable for high effi ciency and precision grinding of most workpieces.

The diameter range isф6~900mm; the thicknes srange is0.07~520mm; the grit size range is 40/50~W3.5.We can also design and make nonstandard grinding wheels according to customers’requirements.

适用加工材料：

树脂结合剂金刚石系列：主要用于硬质合金、陶瓷、磁性、硅、热喷涂合金等材料的加工。树脂结合剂立方氮化硼系列：主要用于高速钢、铸铁等材料的加工。
